Windows Update 24H2 removed devices from Playback tab in Sound Properties

I have an HP Victus 15L gaming computer that came with an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660 Super (with 6GB onboard RAM) and came with Windows 11 Home, purchased in February 2023. My monitor does not have speakers onboard, so I have been using the normal (3.5mm jack) Realtek sound connected to external speakers, and the monitor connected to the HDMI port on the graphics card. There have been 3 entries on the Playback tab in Sound Properties for sound via the Nvidia card since I got the computer, all disabled (because the monitor has no speakers).
