Windows Update 22H2 reboots computer when "working on updates" reaches 9%

My computer is running windows 10 x64 (OS Build 19045,4894), and Winver tells me I already have 22H2 applied to it. I don't know why, but about a week ago, I started getting prompted to install new updates (when I already have 22H2). If I select "Begin Update Now", the computer takes about 3 minutes to shutdown, and reboot. A few minutes later, the "Working on Updates" shows up on the screen, and it takes about 50 minutes to reach 9%. The computer at this point reboots, and the "Undoing Changes Made to Your Computer"appears, That takes another 30 minutes, and then the computer restarts.Whe
