Windows update 22H2 KB5030310 change the desktop icon font color to white shadows and won't change

After installing Windows update 22H2 KB5030310, the font colors changed and I cannot get them back even after recreating another theme, messing with the background color, etc. After I installed the update, the font colors went from black to white shadowed. I went into my theme and tried to change the white back to black, and it won't change.
