Windows Upate Fails on Windows Server 2003

When I try to run Microsoft Update on my Windows Server 2003 system, I get a
"Checking for Lastest Version of Windows Updating Software......" page. IE
gives me a warning that the site might require the "Windows Update" Active X
control. I click on the warning to permit installation of the active X
control. That just brings me right back to the same "Checking for Latest
Version....." page, asking me to OK the active X control again.

HELP!!!!
