Windows Turing off S Mode - TRY AGAIN over and over

I have tried all the tricks to get this stupid S mode turned OFFI have have 20 computers to get done and 8 of them have FAILED this S mode to turn off It just keeps saying try againALl the computer are updated - just can't figure why one works and the other one doesn'tAny tricks
