Windows Terminal (admin) not working

I am having several problems with Windows Terminal lately, if I start the terminal without administrator user everything is fine, but if I star it in as admin (Terminal Admin). I always get this error, it happened to me on both my laptop and my work laptop: "There's a problem with this app. Reinstall the application from its original install location or contact your administrator." This problem is not due to password entry, nor is it due to a corrupted administrative user.
