Windows Temp Profile but I'm an administrative user, anyone know how to fix this?

Well, the good news is that I got the keyboard working again, so, yay. However, I made another mistake by interrupting the system restore and, from what I can tell, I can't use system restore to fix this, as the control panel, at the moment, looks like this:Relatedly, I've already tried restarting it multiple times, which I think might've made it worse and the other solutions I can't really do, except, change my profile to "Administrators" in netplwiz which is weird af because my profile is already an Administrator profile. Will changing my profile to Administrator in netplwiz fix it?As aforem
