Windows Taskbar Icon Issue/Bug Icons Corrupted/Random/Pixels/Black Box When Using External Monitor

The icons on my Windows 11 taskbar have become 'Corrupted' and some are just a few random pixels, others are black boxes or icons for other apps or upside down. The issue only occurs when using an external monitor (not laptop screen) and only affects the taskbar icons - the icons are right elsewhere.Does anyone know how to fix? I've tried Re-Installing graphics drivers, clearing icon cache, restarting windows file explorer and SFC/scannow. No avail!Please can Microsoft fix this bug!Image of issue:
