Hie,I have recently upgraded to windows 11 and everything worked fine for 2 - 3 weeks. However, recently I have found that i cant open the settings application. Upon starting the settings app, it flashes open and shuts down automatically. I have tried all the options to open the settings app including the ones mentioned here:Windows 10: The Settings App Does Not Open or Flashes and Closes Instantaneously | Dell UK suspect this is Windows 11 upgrade issue.I can neither open exc
