Windows stuck on black screen with loading cursor during start-up

There were no start-up issues for the past several months. The only thing that changed recently was downloading a game on Xbox Gamepass (Avowed), and updating my graphics driver via Nvidia App. My previous launch from sleep was black screen, and was fixed my restarting my computer. After this launch from sleep also show black screens, I restarted my computer and now I'm stuck with a black screen.What I've already tried:Ctrl+win+shift+b -> reloads graphics driver, but no fix.Ctrl+alt+del & ctrl+shift+esc -> nothing.Letting it load for 15+ minutes -> nothing.Restarting, shutting dow
