Windows stuck in “CRITICAL PROCESS DIED”

I recently uninstalled a version of Windows 10 that prevented me from using any part of the entire bolton taskbar. After a restart I’ve been stuck on a “CRITICAL PROCESS DIED” error screen many of the troubleshooting help I’ve gone to talk about entering things from the normal Windows desktop, but going through each setting Im still stuck on the error screen. I have not activated Windows on my computer and I am wondering if this is the reason for error.
