Hello,I have Windows 10 Home on a Lenovo laptop. Yesterday, it started to stuck on "Preparing for Automatic Repair". So I thought It will repair something and the windows will begin again. But it just shows the same screen over and over again. So far I have tried the following things,I clicked reset this PC with both options including "keep my files" and "remove files". And also other options inside that "local install" and "CDN install". but in all options, it says "Sorry operation failed.
