Hello microsoft the question i have is that unfortunatley my pc a hp omen stopped working like windows wouldnt load so ive been trying to troubleshoot it to no lick but then bitlocker came up this is the first time ive heard of bitlocker so the pc gives me something so i can recover the pc that ive never heard if before and when i try to sign into my hotmail account because thats what my pc is linked to i forgot my password so i go to reset it i do it and it says verification failed it didnt do it on just my device but also my parents phones so my situation now is that i cant even login also i
