Windows starting up on blue screen

Im running into the blue screen on starting windows, it dosent let me continue, when i continue i go back to where i was after it loading, before this i had windows updates not updated i updated them and the pc crashed and american megatrends said i have disc error or something, i started with f1 and went into bios and checked off the automatic disk scan or something like that so i could get into the pc and it brought me here, no tutorial on youtube has helped yet
