Windows Start, search, or settings will not work/open at all on Windows 11? As well as taskbar not going away when loading games.

Just recently, after turning on my laptop, I noticed my taskbar would not go away when I logged into each of my games. So I went to click the Windows start button, and it was completely unresponsive. I then tried to click search, and nothing opened on that either. When trying to access settings where the audio mixer is, it doesn't open up that way at all. I've searched endlessly on Google and YouTube, and none of the fixes work. Any fixes? I've attempted to restart Windows Explorer through task manager but nothing works.
