Windows Spotlight Not Working on Windows 11 Home Edition

I have seen and read a lot of posts trying to fix Windows Spotlight. Nothing works. I tried deleting cache, resetting the screen from Windows Spotlight to Picture and back again. Didn't work. I also tried running the .bat file I found on Reset and Re-register Windows Spotlight in Windows 11 Tutorial | Windows 11 Forum (elevenforum.com). I don't know what else to try.
