Windows Spotlight not Enabling in Windows 10

Recently, I updated my Windows 10 22H2 PC. After updating, I got the most awaited feature for me: Windows Spotlight in Desktop. But, when I clicked on it, the Settings app abruptly closed.Then, I went to themes Option in Personalization, and clicked on the newly-available 'Dynamic Theme' option, but only the taskbar turned white, as it turns in Windows light mode, but the Learn Mor about This Image icon didn't come.I want this feature ASAP. Please reply.
