Windows Spotlight ignores thumb down selection.

As far as I can tell thump down/up options are completely superficial and not used by the Spotlight. It rotates in images completely randomly, including the ones previously thumbed down.Another problem is a text description window often cuts out text and can't be resized.Ideally would be nice to have a download option as well or ability to directly share it.It is a shame because I like a lot of the images discovered through it, and sometimes you get stuck with images you don't like with no ability to rotate them.
