Windows Settings Crashes or Freezes

There are several users on my computer. And in each except mine, everything works fine. In my user, the personalization settings, namely the "background" and "Lock screen" tabs, hang for a couple of minutes before opening, although, as I said earlier, in other users, everything opens immediately. I also noticed strange behavior of the display parameters in the system settings, the parameters open quickly, as they should, and function normally, but after a minute they just close.
