Windows setting window freezing when typing in pin to change settings?

Currently having a problem where if I go to set my PC to "never" sleep or set my windows sign-in time to "never" it will request my windows pin, but not allow me to type it in, it will just simply freeze. Is this a known bug? This also occurs when trying to set the PC to sleep "never"Referring to this setting in particular: Here's a video demonstrating the problemThis is not just isolated to my computer, but is happening to a few other people I know (with completely unrelated programs, and computer specs). If anyone has a solution that would be great!
