Window's setting application crashes when trying to open anything privacy related to Microphone settings/privacy.

Hello, my computer recently crashed and had to reset on me, upon coming back up my microphone input had stop working (for like talking to people online), but the audio going into my headset still worked. I've tried multiple threads in regards of fixing this issue where other people are trying to go into the Microphone Privacy Settings but every time I try to get into that section the Settings Application crashes and the window closes.I've looked at this thread here (https://www.tenforums.com/general-support/210678-privacy-settings-wont-open.html) as it was the closest one in regards to my
