Windows Server 2022: Why is there no Windows Security Center anymore and why Windows do not see 3rd party Antivirus?

Hi,None of my Windows 2022 Server see that I have Webroot installed!And that is a problem because1- It is not good!2- One of them is a Remote Desktop server and my users with M365 Outlook gets constantly asked when an apps (ERP) is trying to use Outlook to send a PDF:I really need it to stop asking this because it is annoying terrible since my user send PDF constantly.When I go in Outlook "Program Access" Outlook says "This version of Windows do not take charge of the Antivirus detection!?Which brings me to the Registry Key workaround: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Security Center\FeatureChange the
