Windows Server 2016 Version 1607 (OS Build 14393.2273) setup

Hi, I have purchased 4 numbers of Windows Server 2016 Version 1607 (OS Build 14393.2273) in 2019 and installed them in 4 servers. Now I have formatted two of the servers. Since I lost the DVD of this version, I downloaded the evaluation version from microsft converted into standard. The downloaded Version is 1607 (OS Build 14393.693). Now I am trying to activate this windows with the key and I am getting the error as "The Product key used on this PC didnt work with the edition of windows. Error Code 0xC004C003". Here do I need to get the setup of exact version & Build to activate? Or is th
