A Windows Server 2019 was denoted, reinstalled and added to the local domain. Windows Server 2019 is not a domain controller.
The Windows Server 2016 is still trying to have DSF Replication with a non existing domain controller.
The DFS Replication service encountered an error communicating with partner LATFILESERVER2 for replication group Domain System Volume.
