I successfully upgrade Windows Server 2012r2 to Windows Server 2016 datacenter. I then attempted to upgrade Windows Server 2016 data Center to Windows Server 2019 data center. After I mount the 2019 ISO and accept . The 2019 Setup won't allow me to Keep personal files and apps.I then ran DISM /online /Get-TargetEditions and the following information is returnedImage Version 10.0.14393.4169(The Current edition cannot be updated to any target editions)I need to do an in place upgrade because I have no options for copying the data. I understand a clean install is the preferred approach.
