I recently reset my pc because it was getting very slow and since that the Security app wont load, it opens but shows a black page.Yesterday when I was trying to open it, it said something like App isn't allowed by your IT, I cant remember what it said exactly and now It wont show up again. In the tray or the background apps, it shows the security icon with a warning symbol
