This bug started recently, about a month back. This bug occurs only sometimes and randomly. Basically what happens is, that the Windows Security System Tray Icon shows a yellow caution icon stating that Actions are Recommended. But when I go on to click on the system tray icon, the Windows Security App does not open. When this happens, I have tried multiple ways of opening the Windows security app. Still, it either gives no response or just opens the splash screen (starting screen with the Windows security logo) and gets stuck infinitely.The only solution to this is to restart my laptop, but w
