windows security problem is comming in my pc it doesnt show all the security and i cant even turn them on and its my pc .

hey i am getting too much problem when i reseted my pc... it was asking for school or cooperation microsoft account first but when i login thorugh local account i am getting problems in windows security . neither i can turn it on or off and when i open files every file says it looks like virus ahhhhh please help me
