Windows Security Opens As Black Screen

Hello,I am using Windows 11 24H2, Version 10.0.26100, Build 26100.My pc specs are found here: Your Account - PCPartPicker am recently running into the titled problem and every search I've come across says to download SecurityHealthSetup.exe and run it as administrator. However, this doesn't solve the issue and my Windows Security screen still just opens as a black window.Is there any further way to tackle this? Is it a bug with the latest build? For reference, below is an image of the black Windows Security screen.
