Windows Security not working/missing since Windows 11 update

Ever since I've upgraded to Windows 11, Window's Security has stopped functioning properly. The weird thing is, if I try to search for it via the Apps & Features page, it doesn't show up, but if I search for it via the general search term on the toolbar it DOES show up but then not even open up.I've tried reinstalling Windows 11 with a fresh version but that didn't fix my issue so does anyone know what could be wrong with it?
