Windows-Security-LessPrivilegedAppContainer Filling Event Log

I keep getting this error in my event log and can't figure out the source of it. When it occurs, there will be nearly a thousand events logged for the given time. When I look up the associated PID in Task Manager, it lists the Runtime Broker (C:\Windows\System32\RuntimeBroker.exe -Embedding).
