Windows Security Is Greyed out.

So I realized my windows defender was not running so when I went to run it, the security at glance was not loading, I tried to find a fix from YT and while doing that I tried to enable my WindowsSecurityServices from Services, but I saw everything but the 'Start' button was greyed out. When I clicked on start, it showed me error 1058. Pls help
