Windows security is blank

I reset my pc because some windows files were corrupted and couldnt fix them despite having help from people in microsoft. After that it worked completely fineup until i tried to open windows security which i tried to open and it was blank. I tried finding the SecurityHealth in system32 so i can repair it and the folder was empty. Any suggestions on what i should do ?
