Windows Security Intelligence Update 1.421.1376.0 installed twice, concern or no?

I never had this happen to a intelligence update before but 1.421.1376.0, which is the most recent version as of 1/15/2025 4:36:34 PM installed twice, history shows it was successfully done and has "(2)" near it indicating two copies got installed.Checking for further updates have done nothing, is this just something to ignore or a concern?
