Windows Security cannot resolve threat which already was removed by Shift+Delete

Basically, title says it all, Windows Security found virus (Trojan:Script/Phonzy.A!ml) in one Setup.exe file which was included in downloaded iso file, I never run that Setup because I found out that there were trojan horse in it, so I did "eject" option (when you use iso file so it opens up like CD and it affected file location was "F:\Setup.exe"). Then I removed downloaded iso file with Shift+Delete.Problem is that file with virus no longer exists, I scanned my PC afterwards and it found nothing but Windows Security still shows that "There are probably threats on the device" and Protection h
