Windows security blocking folder access, is it right or how do i change if not?

Hi, i am not very laptop savvy, i have tried to look these up but am getting nowhere,,I am running Windows 11, Version 22H2, 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor OS BUILD 22621.608, recently i have noticed in my protection history that the items listed below have been blocked by my windows security, could someone please advise me first of all if they should have been blocked and if so how do i get rid of them and if not then how do i get them past the block and allow them to run, thank you for your advise ,,Blocked - wuauclt.exe Protected folder - \Device\HarddiskVolume1Blocked - Picke
