Windows Security Black screen

My Windows Security shows up black screen, i have a dell laptop (Inspiron 15 3525) and it comes with mcafee antivirus which i already have uninstalled completely from my windows 11 also i did every possible method to check corrupted files and repair them but it did'nt work, because i don't have much data on my pc i reset it 3 times but windows security still shows black screen, why? what is the problem with it? I did cloud download deleting everything in my pc and reinstalling windows 11 from official website but stil it's not working, shows black screen? My laptop specs- Ryzen 7 5825U cpu wit
