Windows Security App Opens then Crashes - Faulting Application SecHealthUI.exe

The windows security app fails on :-1. Opening from the Start menu when clicking on Windows Security (see detail below).2. It fails when trying to set up a PIN / Hello - after clicking on 'Open Setup'.3. Similar problems with the settings of anything detailed in defender / anti-virus settings.I've troubleshot the Windows Security app.Tried sfc /scannowTried DISM /online /cleanup-Image /RestoreHealthget-appxpackage secHealthUI | Remove-AppxPackageget-appxpackage secHealthUI | Reset-AppxPackageNo errors given on the above.Any ideas ?The event viewer displays the following :FriendlyFaulting
