Windows Search Highlights option is greyed out + Cannot find "windows" in "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft" in registry editor to fix.

Hey there u wanted to enable Search Highlights but it greyed out I also referred to a post on Microsoft here It shows that we have to go into the registry editor to fix and it gives me a directory "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Explorer"But there is no folder inside Microsoft named "windows" It only has one folder named "SystemCertificates".Plus! I have tried creating the key "windows" then "explorer" inside windows and adding "Dword (32-bit) Value" and naming it "DisableSearchBoxSuggestions" and making the value zero but still nothing works yet in group policies inside
