Windows Script Host error message on start-up

[Windows 11]

For at least a year now, I've been getting this error pop-up every time I turn on my computer. I have no idea what it is or how to make it stop. I've tried looking for the file in question, but it doesn't even exist. It's extremely irritating and I want to get rid of it. Can anyone help with this?I'm using Windows 11 btw.
