Windows Sandbox Error 0x80070005 Access Denied

After searching online for hopeful fixs and trying various selected suggestions e.g. disable/reenable Optional Features, Permissions etc , Sandbox continues to display "Windows Sandbox failed to initialize". What is really annoying, it did work before but now after several monthly Patch Tuesday installs, bam it's broken. On a side note the Feedback Hub "Sign "In button does not respond to either a Mouse click or a Return. Tried Uninstall and Reinstall via Microsoft Store. Gave up!!!Back to Sandbox.
