Windows Restart Problem

Hi,I just reseted my computer through settings but after all the process there was my old wallpaper and account showing up, I thought I was normal but after I put my password in I said there is no such user. I then again reseted my pc via recovery area and still it is the same error. I wanted all my old account and details to go but they are still there and when I try to open the user it shows up no user found.I also tried installation by cloud of windows but I showed that there was an error
