i am unable to access sign-in options Also I've noticed some bugs.When I go to:Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options - Settings tab freezes and takes longer to be opened again.When I run the following commands below, i also reboot my pc but the issue persists.C:\Windows\system32>sfc /scannow Beginning system scan.
