Windows resize randomly when I drag them. Started after I connected my Cintiq.

Thanks in advance for any help with this.I recently purchased a 24" Cintiq and connected it to my NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080. I also have two other displays connected to the same graphics card. All of them use the Display Port to connect. The resolutions are 2560 x 1440 for the two regular displays and 3840 x 2160 for the Cintiq.My issue is, when I go to drag a window, whether it's an explorer window, Edge/Chrome window or an open app, the window I'm grabbing snaps to a resize of either very small or the size of a full screen window.
