The server an IIS is running Windows Server 2019. After rebooting on 12/10, it decided that it wanted to reinstall a package, but couldn't probably because it required Windows Installer 3.1, which is probably no longer on the machine. (It's an ASP.Net application, written in Visual Studio 2010.) We fired up one of our last copies of 2010, updated the installer, and generated a new MSI file. The old version of the application was uninstalled, and we installed the new one. Now we get errors that the old version can't be installed because there's a new one.
