Windows real-life protection

HiI believe this is a virus in Windows 10. This virus turns on something called "Real-life protection" which can be seen in:Settings - Windows security - Virus & threat protection - Virus & threat protection settings (manage settings).Even if I turn this feature off it gets turned back on.This program eats my laptop's CPU, it starts very randomly and can NOT be disabled PERMANENTLY. Clearly a virus is in control of my computer. Is there a fix in ANY update to fix this issue?Please help me
