Windows reactivation

Hi! My problem is the following: When I start everything is normal; but then, two to three hours later, the windows activation banner appears. then I restart and sometimes it goes away and sometimes it doesn't, and I have to restart again. Also, last night I updated Windows and it booted again as if it were a new user being created, but without losing any data
