Windows reactivation after computer change.

My 15 year old AMD FX8370 system finally started failing. Network port then hard drive issues. Sometimes fails to boot.Timing is everything...Of course this happens when I finish putting together a new modern system.I have a valid digital license for Windows 10 Pro linked to my account on Microsoft. It's from my free Windows 10 Pro upgrade from my purchased Windows 7 Ultimate OEM version.When I access Activation->I've updated hardware on the new computer, it only shows me my old system, but it's not the computer I'm on. They are named different, lets say X (old) and Y (new).It only shows "X
