Windows randomly disappear need to be restored, moved and resized (Win 11 and probably 10)

Like the title says, Windows randomly "disappear", File explorer windows will not preview and are instead white or grey, same with resource monitor, chrome etc.To restore them currently I have to right click the previewed window, restore (which doesn't display on screen), move (once moved (they tend to be beyond the left of the screen always in the upper left) the windows are extremely small, Resource monitor for example only displays a few letters of the title bar and thats it), so obviously needs to be resized.This can happen again within minutes of fixing the problem.Hopefully there's a way
