I recently had to rebuild my computer as the old Motherboard was 10 years old and would not run Windows 11.From memory this was originally a Windows 8.1. machine that had the free update to Windows 10 and has now been updated to 11. Neither the product key I had for Windows 8.1 or the key I extracted for Windows 10 will activate 11. The Windows 10 key would not activate that either after the hardware change.All the help function on line are sending me in circles and I am no nearer to fixing the issue.I have left a couple of contacts on the call back function but have not had a call.
